Frank Burhance is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in consulting and operational leadership across various industries. He is the founder and principal consultant of Higher Minds Consulting, where he has dedicated the past 13 years to driving transformative initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving the customer experience, particularly within educational institutions

Frank's extensive career includes leadership roles at high-profile organizations such as The Hartford Financial Corporation, Shutterfly, My Publisher, Higher Ed Partners – London, Cardean Learning Group, Pitney Bowes, and Verizon. Frank's expertise encompasses executive management, offshore and nearshore outsourcing, customer relationship management, and the enablement of innovative technology solutions to enhance the customer experience.

In his previous position with Digitas Consulting, Frank provided domestic and global consulting services to major clients, including IBM, Delta Airlines, General Motors, and Kraft Foods. As an Engagement Leader, he played a critical role in:

Developing comprehensive customer care strategies and roadmaps.
Focusing on performance improvement initiatives.
Overseeing the implementation of customer care technology platforms.
Leading multiple Salesforce CRM implementations and a global SAP rollout, which supported large sales and operations teams.

Education and Personal Interests

Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Marist University and has obtained multiple certifications in management and human resources. While at Marist, he was a Division 1 swimmer and remains dedicated to athletics as a nationally ranked triathlete, competing in regional and national age group events.

Community Involvement

Beyond his professional achievements, Frank is passionate about community service and youth mentoring. He actively serves on his college alumni board and sponsors youth sports programs that promote mental and physical wellness for young adults. Additionally, he is the former Chairman of the Western Connecticut Brookfield YMCA Advisory Board and current member of the Sussex County YMCA Advisory Board.

Frank and wife, Linda, currently reside in Lewes, Delaware, and are active members of numerous communities and art-based organizations.
